WELL AT WORK BY YOUWELL COLLECTIVE
Workplace Mental Health & Wellness Services in Georgia
Healthier people. Stronger relationships. More sustainable organizations.
Well at Work is YouWell Collective’s organizational wellness service for businesses, churches, and nonprofits that want to support the mental and emotional health of their people, not only when a crisis happens, but as part of how the organization leads, communicates, and cares.
WHY WELL AT WORK
Your People Bring Their Whole Lives to Work
Stress, grief, family strain, leadership pressure, burnout, interpersonal conflict, and major life changes do not disappear during working hours.
When employees or ministry staff are carrying too much, or relationships within a team begin to break down, the effects can reach communication, trust, morale, attendance, collaboration, and the organization’s ability to fulfill its mission.
Well at Work gives businesses, churches, and nonprofits access to professional mental health support that can respond to an immediate concern or become part of a longer-term wellness strategy.
Support may include confidential therapy, workplace conflict support, leadership consultation, workshops, grief support, or an ongoing organizational wellness partnership.

HOW WE SUPPORT ORGANIZATIONS
Workplace Mental Health & Organizational Wellness Services
Well at Work can support a specific concern or become part of a broader wellness partnership. Services are customized around your organization, your people, and the type of support needed.
Organization-Sponsored Therapy
Give eligible employees, leaders, or ministry staff access to confidential therapy through a defined number of sessions funded by your organization.
Leadership Wellness Consultation
Give leaders a confidential space to think through team dynamics, organizational change, communication concerns, burnout risk, and other people-centered challenges.
Workplace Conflict & Relationship Support
Support teams experiencing ongoing communication problems, interpersonal tension, or relationship challenges through the appropriate combination of consultation, facilitated conversations, coaching, or clinical referrals.
Critical Incident & Grief Support
Provide thoughtful support following a death, traumatic event, organizational disruption, or other difficult experience affecting your staff or community.
Mental Health Workshops & Speaking
Bring therapist-led education into your workplace, church, retreat, staff training, or leadership event with topics customized to your audience.
Ongoing Wellness Partnerships
Build a customized monthly, quarterly, or annual partnership that may combine therapy access, consultation, workshops, office hours, wellness resources, and referral support.
How It Works
We begin by identifying who needs support, what is happening within the organization, and whether the need calls for a one-time service or an ongoing mental health partnership.
Start With a Consultation
Tell us what is happening, who needs support, what outcome you hope to create, and if the need is immediate or ongoing.
Receive a Tailored Recommendation
We recommend the appropriate service or combination of services and clarify the scope, confidentiality, format, and structure.
Launch Support
YouWell coordinates scheduling, communication, and service delivery with your designated organizational contact while protecting individual privacy.
Review and Adapt
For ongoing partnerships, we review participation and organizational needs and adjust the support as needed without sharing confidential clinical information.
Confidentiality and Thoughtful Care
When an organization pays for therapy, the individual receiving treatment remains the therapy client. Clinical information is not shared with the employer, church, or sponsoring organization without appropriate written authorization, except where disclosure is required by law.
Organizations may receive limited administrative information, such as whether funded sessions were used, or aggregate utilization reporting when agreed upon in advance. Individual clinical details remain confidential.
Therapy is provided only where the assigned clinician is legally authorized to practice. Speaking, education, facilitation, and organizational consultation may be available more broadly. Service availability is confirmed during the consultation.
Choose One-Time Support or an Ongoing Wellness Partnership

Aggregate utilization reporting without clinical details
Every Well at Work partnership is customized. Pricing depends on the services selected, number of participants, length of engagement, location, facilitator requirements, and whether your organization needs a one-time service or ongoing support.
After the initial consultation, YouWell Collective will recommend the most appropriate options and provide a customized proposal based on your organization’s needs.
