Charlotte Morgan, BS

Professional counseling Intern providing virtual therapy for adults exploring identity, sexuality, anxiety, self acceptance, and breaking generational patterns.

I work with adults who are ready to understand themselves more deeply, break out of old cycles, and begin creating a life that feels more honest and aligned. Many of my clients come to therapy carrying anxiety, shame, family wounds, or the pressure of trying to be someone they’re not. Others are exploring their sexuality, navigating relationship stress, or learning what it means to live authentically in a world that has not always made room for who they are.

My passion for this work comes from knowing how strongly mental health shapes a person’s entire life. I have seen how trauma, addiction, and unspoken pain echo through families, and how much healing can happen when someone finally has a safe space to explore their story. In therapy, I offer a space that feels grounding, compassionate, and real. Together, we’ll look at what has shaped you, what still hurts, and what strengths have carried you this far.

Whether you are seeking support with identity, trying to understand old family patterns, or simply wanting someone who listens without judgment, I’m here to walk beside you with curiosity, empathy, and respect.

Hi, I’m Charlotte Morgan, a professional counseling intern who works with adults, LGBTQIA individuals, and people with non-traditional lifestyles seeking a safe and affirming space to understand themselves and live more authentically.

My Therapy Style and What You Can Expect

My therapy style is warm, curious, and deeply accepting. I see therapy as a shared space where we explore your experiences together at a pace that feels comfortable for you. My goal is to help you feel understood, supported, and free to be honest about what you are feeling without fear of judgment.

I pay close attention to the patterns that show up in your life, the roles you have carried, and the beliefs that may have formed from past experiences or family dynamics. Together, we can look at what has shaped you and how those patterns show up in your relationships, emotions, and sense of self.

I use a blend of gentle exploration and practical tools, depending on what feels most supportive for you. Some sessions may focus on managing stress, understanding emotional patterns, or building skills that help you feel more grounded in your daily life. Other sessions may offer space to talk through relationships, family experiences, or moments that still affect you more than you expected.

Every person comes into therapy with a unique story, so our work will always be centered on what you need, not a one-size-fits-all process.

Over time, my hope is that therapy becomes a place where you feel more connected to yourself, more accepting of your truth, and more confident in the changes you are working toward.

Sex-Positive Therapy in Atlanta

Sex-Positive Therapy in Atlanta

I offer sex-positive therapy in Atlanta for individuals and couples who want a supportive, non-judgmental space to talk openly about sex, intimacy, and relationships. My approach is affirming and respectful, and I believe conversations about sexuality should feel safe, honest, and free from shame.

As a sex-positive therapist, I work with clients navigating concerns such as sexual shame, desire differences, communication around intimacy, identity exploration, and the impact of past experiences on sexual well-being. I welcome conversations about pleasure, consent, orientation, and relationship structures without judgment or pressure to fit any specific norm.

Sex-positive therapy is not about pushing clients toward any particular outcome. It is about creating space for clarity, self-understanding, and choice. I support clients in developing healthier relationships with their bodies, their partners, and themselves in ways that feel authentic and sustainable.
