Andrea Bryant, LMFT, MDiv, PMH-C

Licensed therapist in Atlanta, GA. Serving women, individuals, BIPOC clients, and mothers in Atlanta and Dunwoody, and virtually across Georgia, Florida, and South Carolina

Hi, I’m Andrea Bryant, a BIPOC, Women & Individual, Pregnancy & Postpartum Therapist in Atlanta, GA

I work with individuals and couples—especially women, BIPOC clients, mothers, entrepreneurs and professionals—who want a safe, supportive space to explore life’s transitions, relationships, and their connection to self. Whether you're navigating motherhood, stress, identity, or simply trying to hold it all together, you’re welcome here.

You might be carrying a lot—juggling responsibilities, emotions, or transitions that feel like too much at once.  Maybe you're preparing for the relationship you want or healing from the one that hurt. Maybe you're just trying to find space for yourself in the middle of it all. You don’t have to figure it out alone. Therapy can be your space to breathe, reconnect, and move toward clarity.

Therapy can be a space where you finally stop holding your breath. A space where you're not expected to have all the answers, fix everything, or carry it all without breaking. For many women, that space can feel hard to find—especially when you're used to being the one others rely on.

As a women’s therapist in Atlanta and Dunwoody, I work with clients navigating a wide range of experiences—burnout, anxiety, relationship challenges, life transitions, and the emotional weight of caregiving. I also support women through the unique shifts of pregnancy, postpartum, and early motherhood, when everything can feel both tender and overwhelming at once.

Whether you’re in survival mode, navigating a major life change, or simply longing to feel more like yourself again, therapy can help. This is a space where your voice matters, your pace is honored, and your story is met with compassion. You don’t have to explain everything to be supported. You just have to show up as you are.

Who I Work With

Life can be full of contradictions—you might be successful but stressed, surrounded by people but still feel disconnected, or doing everything “right” yet still not feeling whole. I care about creating a space where you don’t have to justify how you feel. You’re allowed to show up exactly as you are.

Parenthood, Pregnancy and Postpartum Therapist in Atlanta and Dunwoody

Bringing life into the world—whether through pregnancy, birth, or parenting—can be both beautiful and deeply overwhelming. You may feel pressure to be grateful, present, or strong all the time, even when your emotions say otherwise.

As a certified Perinatal Mental Health therapist (PMH-C), I offer a safe space to explore the emotional ups and downs that often accompany this season. Whether you're feeling anxious, disconnected, unseen, or simply exhausted, you are not alone—and you don’t have to navigate it in silence.

This is your space to speak freely, grieve what’s been hard, and reconnect with yourself as you adjust to the new rhythm of life. Therapy can support you in feeling more grounded, validated, and equipped to care for yourself—so you can feel more like yourself again.
