Lynn Graves, BS

MFT Intern providing quality and accessible therapy for individuals, couples, parents, and families seeking healing, understanding, and stronger relationships.

Hi, I’m Lynn Graves, a Marriage & Family Therapy Intern supporting individuals, parents, families, and couples as they navigate marriage, infidelity, faith, communication, and connection in Atlanta, GA.

I work with individuals, couples, parents, and families who want to heal from infidelity, strengthen relationships, and reconnect with their faith and sense of self.

There are seasons in life when love feels complicated, when faith wavers, or when family relationships start to feel more draining than comforting. You may be trying to heal after betrayal, searching for peace within your marriage, or learning how to show up as the parent or partner you want to be. Or maybe you simply feel disconnected and unsure of how to find your way back to yourself or those you care about.

I believe that healing begins in connection. When we take the time to listen, to understand, and to see ourselves and others with compassion, real change can happen. In therapy, I offer a space that feels grounded, genuine, and safe. Together, we’ll explore what has brought you here and uncover the strength, hope, and clarity already within you.

Whether you’re coming alone, with your partner, or as a parent looking for balance, I’ll meet you right where you are and help you move toward the healing and connection you’ve been longing for.

My Therapy Style and What You Can Expect

I approach therapy with a calm, grounded presence and a genuine curiosity about your story. My goal is to create a space where you can breathe, reflect, and begin to make sense of what’s been weighing on you. You don’t have to have the perfect words or know where to start. Together, we’ll take it one step at a time.

I believe that real healing happens through connection. In our sessions, I focus on helping you understand your emotions, uncover patterns in your relationships, and find new ways to communicate and cope. Sometimes that means learning practical tools, and other times it’s about slowing down and giving yourself permission to feel.

Whether we’re working through relationship challenges, spiritual questions, or family dynamics, my hope is that you leave each session feeling more seen, more grounded, and more connected—to yourself and the people who matter most.

Who I Work With

I love working with people who value growth, honesty, and connection. Many of my clients are navigating relationship transitions, spiritual challenges, or life changes that have left them feeling uncertain or disconnected.
