Hi, my name is Tye and I am a pre-licensed Marriage and Family Therapist.

I work with individuals, couples, and families who are ready to grow, heal, and reconnect with themselves and the people they love. Whether you’re navigating anxiety, depression, infidelity, family conflict, or trying to better understand your identity or relationships—I’m here to support you with care, compassion, and respect.

I specialize in working with women, LGBTQ+ clients, BIPOC communities, and anyone ready to explore their story and build a life that feels more true and connected. I use Emotionally Focused Therapy (EFT), Solution-Focused Therapy, Narrative Therapy, and Collaborative Dialogic Therapy to help you better understand your emotions, your patterns, and your relationships. My approach is thoughtful, open, and grounded in deep respect for who you are and what matters most to you.

At the heart of my work is a belief that people are not broken. You are responding to your life in ways that once made sense—and those responses deserve understanding, not shame. I believe healing begins when we feel safe to be vulnerable, curious, and honest. Together, we can uncover what’s holding you back and gently move toward the life, relationships, and self-trust you truly want.

I’m currently working under the supervision and direction of Andrea Bryant, LMFT. Whether you’re preparing for the relationship you hope to build, repairing one you already have, or learning how to love and understand yourself more fully—I would be honored to walk beside you.
