Licensed therapist in Atlanta, GA. Serving women, BIPOC clients, and mothers in Atlanta, Dunwoody, and virtually across Georgia, Florida, and South Carolina
Hi, I’m Andrea Bryant, a BIPOC, Women-Focused, Pregnancy & Postpartum Therapist in Atlanta, GA
I work with individuals, couples, and families—especially women, BIPOC clients, mothers, and professionals—who want a safe, supportive space to explore life’s transitions, relationships, and their connection to self. Whether you're navigating motherhood, stress, identity, or simply trying to hold it all together, you’re welcome here.
You might be carrying a lot—juggling responsibilities, emotions, or transitions that feel like too much at once. Maybe you're preparing for the relationship you want or healing from the one that hurt. Maybe you're just trying to find space for yourself in the middle of it all. You don’t have to figure it out alone. Therapy can be your space to breathe, reconnect, and move toward clarity.
Get Support from a Women’s Therapist in Atlanta & Dunwoody
Therapy can be a space where you finally stop holding your breath. A space where you're not expected to have all the answers, fix everything, or carry it all without breaking. For many women, that space can feel hard to find—especially when you're used to being the one others rely on.
As a women’s therapist in Atlanta and Dunwoody, I work with clients navigating a wide range of experiences—burnout, anxiety, relationship challenges, life transitions, and the emotional weight of caregiving. I also support women through the unique shifts of pregnancy, postpartum, and early motherhood, when everything can feel both tender and overwhelming at once.
Whether you’re in survival mode, navigating a major life change, or simply longing to feel more like yourself again, therapy can help. This is a space where your voice matters, your pace is honored, and your story is met with compassion. You don’t have to explain everything to be supported. You just have to show up as you are.
Who I Work With
Life can be full of contradictions—you might be successful but stressed, surrounded by people but still feel disconnected, or doing everything “right” yet still not feeling whole. I care about creating a space where you don’t have to justify how you feel. You’re allowed to show up exactly as you are.
-
Pregnancy and postpartum can bring joy, exhaustion, anxiety, identity shifts—and everything in between. As a certified pregnancy and postpartum therapist in Atlanta, I offer support for new and expecting mothers who feel overwhelmed, unseen, or unsure of how to process all that’s changing. This is a space to be honest about your experience and reconnect with yourself—without guilt or pressure.
-
As a BIPOC therapist, I understand how exhausting it can be to explain or defend your lived experience. Therapy should be a place where you feel safe, understood, and respected. I provide culturally affirming therapy in Atlanta that honors your story, your roots, and the full complexity of who you are—without needing to translate or shrink yourself to be heard.
-
When you’re constantly performing, leading, or giving, it’s easy to lose touch with your own needs. I work with professionals and entrepreneurs who appear to have it all together—but feel disconnected, anxious, or burnt out underneath. Therapy offers space to slow down, reconnect with yourself, and explore what fulfillment truly looks like—beyond the pressure to keep going.
-
Whether you're preparing for a relationship rooted in mutual respect or healing from one that left you hurt, therapy can help you reconnect with yourself in the process. Together, we’ll explore patterns, boundaries, and emotional wounds so you can move forward with greater clarity and self-trust—whether you’re opening your heart again or learning to protect it.
-
Friendship can be one of the most meaningful—and sometimes painful—parts of life. If you’re feeling distant from someone you care about, struggling with trust, or navigating hurt in a close friendship, therapy can help. I offer friendship-focused therapy to support honest conversations, repair emotional ruptures, and help you build stronger, healthier connections.
-
When life feels like it’s shifting faster than you can keep up, therapy can offer a steady place to land. Whether you’re going through a career change, ending a relationship, starting something new, or simply overwhelmed by daily stress, you don’t have to carry it all alone. This is a space to process, breathe, and find your way forward.
-
You deserve support that sees and affirms every part of who you are. I provide LGBTQIA+ affirming therapy in a space that honors your identity, your relationships, and your lived experience. Whether you're exploring identity, navigating family dynamics, or seeking a space to simply be yourself—you are welcome here, fully and without judgment.
-
Spirituality can be a powerful source of meaning—but it can also bring up questions, doubts, or pain. Whether you're reconnecting with your faith, deconstructing past beliefs, or simply exploring what spirituality means to you now, therapy can offer a nonjudgmental space to process it all. Your beliefs are respected here, whatever they look like.
-
When anxiety takes over or emotions feel too big to manage, it can be hard to function—let alone feel like yourself. Whether you’re living with constant worry, emotional overwhelm, or a sense of not being okay, therapy can help you slow things down. Together, we’ll create space for relief, grounding, and tools that actually support your nervous system.
-
Every relationship has its challenges—but you don’t have to face them alone. Whether you're preparing for a long-term commitment or working through tension, therapy offers a space to strengthen trust, improve communication, and deepen emotional connection. I support couples and premarital partners in creating the kind of relationship that feels safe, honest, and fulfilling.

How I Support You
Therapy is a space to come as you are—tired, uncertain, growing, or healing. Together, we’ll make room for your voice, your pace, and the changes you’re ready to explore.
-
EFT supports deeper understanding of how emotions shape your relationships—with yourself and with others. It helps create emotional safety, especially when you're navigating disconnection, anxiety, or attachment wounds.
-
Narrative Therapy gives space to reflect on the stories you've been told or tell yourself—about identity, love, success, or worth—and to reshape them in ways that feel more aligned with who you truly are.
-
Therapy should feel like a conversation, not a lecture. With this approach, we work together through open, thoughtful dialogue that centers your voice, your values, and your lived experience.
-
This approach helps identify your strengths and focuses on small, meaningful changes—especially useful when you're feeling overwhelmed or unsure where to begin.
-
This season can bring intense emotions, identity shifts, and unspoken expectations. Whether you're adjusting to new motherhood or healing through pregnancy-related stress, you don't have to carry it alone.
-
Friendships can be rich, complicated, and sometimes painful. If you’re navigating conflict, distance, or longing for deeper connection, therapy can help you process and rebuild with care.
-
As a BIPOC therapist, I offer a space where your identity is not only welcomed—but deeply understood. We’ll explore how generational, cultural, and personal experiences intersect with your mental health.
-
If faith or spirituality is part of your life, therapy can honor that. Whether you're reconnecting with your beliefs or wrestling with questions, we’ll explore what’s meaningful for you—without pressure.
-
Whether you’re planning a future together or working through relationship strain, couples therapy can help you reconnect with honesty, clarity, and intention—while strengthening emotional trust.
-
From burnout and transitions to self-worth and relationships, I work with women who carry a lot. Therapy is a space to slow down, reflect, and reconnect with the person you’re becoming.
